Dr. Amr M. El-Nemr currently works as an associate professor at German University in Cairo (GUC), Egypt, and is charge of teaching courses in material engineering field for Bachelor Engineering, and in new construction materials for post-graduate studies. He has rich research and work experience, and worked as a research assistant at University of Sherbrooke, Cananda and Housing and Building National Research center (HBRC), Cairo, and engineering in companies. His research interests include structural analysis, construction and civil engineering material, Reinforced concrete design, material innovation and concrete technology, etc. He presides and participates in 8 projects and funds from 2021, and has published 35 journal papers and 24 conference proceedings to date. He holds some academic positions. He is the member of Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), Egyptian Engineering Syndicate, and Egyptian Engineering Association.
