Dr. Tadeusz Chrzan currently works as a professor at Department of Mining, University of Zielona Gora, Poland. His research interests focus on the relationship between mechanical, technological and Ultrasonic properties of brittle materials, such as: rocks, coal, concrete cast iron, building materials. Specifically his researches focus on theory of acoustic modulus and its application in mining and geological engineering, methods determination strength properties of rock massif by properties specimens of this massif, the blastic method made shield in sand before inflow weather to Coal open pit and so on. He has 4 patents in this area and 7 books.
